Just got back from the Rose Bowl. I am exhausted and it definitely hasn’t sunk in yet.

Notes from Pasadena:

• Texas fans outnumbered USC fans at their “home game”; We messed up their playcalling more than once
• The Rose Bowl is the best stadium ever
• Some of the post-game chants around the Gameday set included “Best team ever”, “Corso called it”, and “Heisman recount”, all to the tune of “o-ver-rat-ed”
• USC “Three-Pete” t-shirts were selling for $30 before the game and $5 after, Longhorn fans were picking them up quick
• Mack Brown still can’t win the big game. Pete Carroll could beat Alexander the Great’s army given a month to prepare. Reggie Bush can walk on water, and his tears can cure cancer. Vince Young owns the Rose Bowl at night.
