Official theme release: Limecat v0.2
Friday, April 1st, 2005This is my first theme release so I have no idea if I’m doing it right. The theme you see on this website is now released for free download. It is compatible with Wordpress 1.5. I’ve tested it on Internet Explorer 6.0, Firefox 1.0, Mozilla 1.7.5, Opera 8.0 beta, Safari 1.2 and Netscape 8.0 beta. It is based on an open source web design theme by “Eskimo Joe”. I’ve just ported the design to wordpress.
It is currently only available in two-column format. Several people have asked for a three-column version. Watch this space, I might release one someday.
Refer to the official documentation for installation instructions.

A question: what license is this released under? Can I port it to other blog engines (eg Nucleus)?
November 26th, 2005 at 3:31 pm
Ketsugi: the theme isn’t released under any specific license, as recommended in the Wordpress codex. I ported this OSWD theme to Wordpress - you are free to port it to anything else.

This is one of the best themes I’ve found in my search. It doesn’t by chance come in a 3 column layout?

Hey all — was hoping that someone could clue me in on a total n00b CSS issue:
I’m trying to customize the Random Image Theme for Wordpress, and I’m running into a small — but *incredibly annoying* — problem.
I’m trying to make the background of the content area white. The background of navigation column that runs down the right side is not plain white (FFFFFF). Rather Photoshop’s color picker claims that it’s F9F9F9 — but this isn’t anywhere in the style.css file. There is a .alt that has a background set at F8F8F8, but when I change that to FFFFFF, it doesn’t help.
Where is that shading coming from?
many thanks…
